Helmet Replacement Policy

For helmets damaged due to a fall or impact, Fortis Equine offers a crash replacement discount toward the purchase of a new helmet in the same style and color as the damaged helmet.

How to Request a Crash Replacement: Please email your request to info@fortisequine.com and include:

• Name 
• Address 
• Email 
• Description of accident 
• Clear photos of the damaged helmet 
• Proof of purchase

All requests are subject to review and approval. Discounts apply only to helmets damaged due to a fall or impact and do not cover normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic damage. This offer is valid for the original purchaser only.

Discount Eligibility:

• 30% off a new helmet within 1 year of the original purchase date 
• 20% off a new helmet within 2 years of the original purchase date

After approval, damaged helmets must be mailed to Fortis Equine warehouse at the customer’s expense within [30] days:
